Natural gas is important in Australia's transition to Net Zero by 2050. Natural gas is versatile and used in many aspects of our lives such as household heating, cooking and for hot water. It is also used for industrial heat by brick, paper, glass and steel manufacturers and as a feedstock for fertiliser used to grow food and fibre.
