2025-26 Workplace Gender Equality Agency Reporting 

This year Amplitude Energy is required to submit data to the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) including information about the policies and practices that support diversity across our organisation and the gender pay gap.  This will be the third year that Amplitude Energy has met the criteria to participate.

In accordance with the requirements of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012 (Act), on Monday 18 May 2026, Amplitude Energy lodged its annual public report with the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (Agency).
